| PLEASE POST ANY SITES THAT CAN HELP OUR BRAVE: http://www.anysoldier.com/http://www.packagesfromhome.org/index.shtml CRITERIA: To qualify to receive Packages From Home, you must be Active Duty Military, have at least 4 months of deployment left, and be located in an area where you receive combat or hazardous duty pay. (Sea-based contacts on ships must be in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and/or Operation Enduring Freedom, and are subject to verification of the ship's status.) Names/addresses may be submitted by the serviceperson, a family member or friend. http://www.adoptaussoldier.org/faq.htmlhttp://couponing.about.com/od/seasonalsavingszone/a/militaryexpcou3.htmhttp://couponing.about.com/blexp.htmElmo’s “Proud” Music Video - http://www.sesameworkshop.org/tlc/send.php - send video http://www.sesameworkshop.org/tlc/index.php home page, Cuba Gooding & deployment extras. (This will not work if you try to send it to a military email account) because I've tried. Use their regular address such as yahoo and then forward it from there to their military account. They can then send one back to you. Military One Source - https://www.militaryonesource.com/skins/MOS/home.aspxHave military personnel enroll and give access to their family. . They will be sending a Sesame Street DVD and stuff regarding deployment. They have a child care locator for you to use and other things like sending videos and calling, etc. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just ask. They have great reference sites for anything you or your family needs. As far as sending: Chocolate: I send any hard candy that tastes like chocolate and chocolate powdered mixes, puddings, twizzlers, etc. Oh, and definitely no-bake cookies. They’ll eat crumbs if they have to. LOL Batteries: I send a variety of them AAA, AA, C & D also those cell phone rechargeable things (can be purchased at Advanced Auto and places like that) for alarm clocks, CD & DVD players, fans, etc. Xerox – Send free Card to our Troops Xerox is running a program that allows you to have a free customized paper thank you card sent to a deployed US soldier. The cards feature pictures picked from drawings by children that were sent in from all over the country. You can use a canned message or create your own message. To send a free postcard you just need to visit http://www.letssaythanks.com/Home1280.htmlFollow the instructions. You can't choose the service person that receives the card, and you are not allowed to inculde personal information such as an email address or mailing address. If you want to send a card to a specific service person you can download a card and print and mail it yourself. The cards are sent monthly with care packages provided by Give2TheTroops. This is for troop leaders only to sign up for packages. You can browse through the site. There are letters and photos from our military service personnel. http://give2thetroops.org/default.htmThere is a mega list of sites on this link to enable us to support our troops. http://www.americasupportsyou.mil/AmericaSupportsYou/send_packages.htmlThanks for your support. *************************************************** *************************************************** *************************************************** SPECIAL THANX TO "SHIMMERTAIL": --FOR PROVIDING ALL THIS INFORMATION. AND HUGS TO HER SON, WHO IS SERVING OUR COUNTRY. GOD BLESS. |

| Thanks to you as well, RedRose, for allowing me to post on your site, and to jolissa for all her patience and assistance. I have received two calls from my son so far since his re-depolyment, one from the Perisan Gulf and one while on leave near Italy. I've informed him of all the things we've done. He says to convey his gratitude and the gratitude of all military personnel. So here it is: THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR SUPPORTING US! | |

| http://www.cellphonesforsoldiers.com/ The Cell Phones for Soldiers program was started in April of 2004 by 13-year-old Brittany Bergquist and her 12-year-old brother Robbie of Norwell, Massachusetts.
