Chili Relleno Casserole
1 can (7 oz) whole green chiles, drained and split lengthwise
4 oz jack cheese (or cheddar )shredded6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teapsoon baking powder
In greased baking dish, layer split chiles and 1/2 jack
cheese. In bowl combine eggs, flour, cream, water,
garlic, salt, baking powder, mix well and pour over
chiles. Top with cheddar cheese(or jack). Bake at
350 until puffed and brown. makes 6 servings,
