1/4 cup cooking sherry wine
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons Kahlúa®
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
Combine first three ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Drain pork chops; save marinade.
Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 20-30 minutes until inside is no longer pink, turning once and brushing frequently with marinade.
