| With all of the Halloween and Fall activities that are going on right now, let us not forget that we as women need to acknowledge our health and well being. With this being Breast Cancer awareness month, it is important for men and women but mostly women to have a mammogram. I strongly urge all of you to make sure that even if you don't make an appointment, to at least do a self check up. | |
