4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
3 TB cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 TB butter or margarine
Lightly butter the crock pot/slow cooker. Add sliced sweet potatoes and
sprinkle with salt.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; sprinkle over the sweet potatoes.
Dot
with butter.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 7 to 9 hours.
Serves: 4 to 6.
