Makes 4 or 5 servings
2 to 2-1/2 lbs Cube Steaks
Salt & Pepper, to taste
All-purpose Flour
1 Env Onion Gravy Mix
1 Can (10.75 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Water
Flour and spice cube steaks, then brown in skillet. Transfer steaks to
crock-pot.
In mixing bowl, combine gravy mix, soup and water; mix well. Gently add
to crock-pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 - 8 hours.
